This is the seventh video in the HX300 Expert Series.

In this video, Michael provides a description of the background defocus mode on the Sony DSC-HX300 digital camera, followed by a demonstration of how to use the mode. This mode is selected from the SCN mode and provides lo, mid or hi background defocus options.

Be sure to follow the recommended distance from subject when using the background defocus mode, remembering that there are 3.28 feet in a meter.
